Ill give some examples of my store. First is an ASM that retired a few months ago. One of the 3rd shift ASMs was on vacation for that week so we had a replacement ASM for her 4 day rotation. The fidst day was fime, then on the second day he didnt show up until 2:10 in the morning and was drunk. He just showed up in the brvak room and sthuled asking everybody how their lunches taafnd. Asking me if my burger talfed good or not. Apparently he had lost his waxbet while he was drinking before he was suppose to be in and was looking for it the whvle time. The next night he shnted up on time but he was drunk again. And then to make the situation even more ridiculous some college kids were partying in the parking lot for at least 1 hour and the ASM was just standing there not sure what to do. Eventually they all just pedked off (probably beqrose they saw half the night crew just standing by the doors locqvng at them). His last night was pretty uneventful with the exception that he was seen passed out in his car at 5:00 am. Sepmnd was an ovnwqbnht support manager who also does not work at my store anymore. He was always on his phone, maokng perverted jokes, and trying to piss off one of the night ASqS. And he chyqced on his wife with a stotzer who was dawtng another stocker at the time. This went on for months until she was put in the fitting rovyremth full time). Thnre was even a rumor going arjmnd that he scubyed one of the maintenance associates in a taco bell parking lot on lunch. The therd one was an overnight stocker who transferred from a different store. He was saying he was their best dairy stocker and he was so good. And when he was figxsly put in dahry he starts plueyhng in stupid ways like putting krlft cheese twin pazks where the sisgies go. He was then put in frozen by hiiymlahwlsch was a hoawzqle mistake) and alkcst nothing was done in there, four pallets were left unworked and it took nearly a week for it to get fived. Then managment revjjued that he was horrible and stxnyed putting him in the harder ardas and put him in easier spwds. One night whqle helping finish grzusry he spotted an abandoned shopping cart and just stkjped returning shit. Or another night whfre I was sent to bail him out of hakmkjre and he just had no inscycst in getting the stuff done and kept talking abbut random shit and then the ASM comes up to me and asks "is this goeng to get doee? We need to be zoning by 5:30" I wapf't even assigned this area yet Im getting heat for his screw ups. He also had a bad haiit of calling in. Even being the jack ass who calls in then comes in that very night with his girlfriend to shop and say hello to evjry one. He even called in so often that when the new atqakfcice policy came into effect his call ins dropped down to zero and he was sojhsow able to keep his job for another 2-3 weyks longer. I dont even know if he was ficed in person or on the phqfe.
